1) Acceptance of Terms

Accessing this site or buying a report constitutes your agreement to these Terms & Conditions and any policies referenced here. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. All content is protected by applicable copyright, trademark and database laws.

2) Definitions

“We”, “us”, and “Statsnex” refer to Statsnex Market Insights. “You” or “client” refers to the purchasing organization or individual. “Report” means any PDF, spreadsheet, slide deck, dataset or analysis you acquire from Statsnex.

3) License Types

Licenses are non-exclusive and non-transferable. Unless expressly permitted in writing, you may not resell, rent, sublicense, or disclose any report to third parties.

• Single-User License: One named user may access the report on a single device and print one personal copy. No sharing inside or outside your organization.
• Multi-User License (up to 4 users): Up to four authorized users within the same organization may access and store the report on their devices. External sharing is prohibited.
• Enterprise License: Unlimited users within a single legal entity. Affiliates, subsidiaries, and external parties are not covered unless explicitly stated in the invoice.

Prohibited uses include: publishing, posting to shared drives available to non-licensed users, systematic distribution, extracting large portions of content/data, or using our content to build a competing product.

4) Payments, Taxes & Delivery

• Fees: Payable as per the order form/checkout. Access may be suspended if payment is not received within the specified timeframe.
• Taxes: Prices are exclusive of all applicable taxes, duties, and levies. You are responsible for any such amounts, excluding taxes on our income.
• Overdue amounts: May accrue interest at 2.0% per month (approx. 26.86% per annum), or the maximum permitted by law, whichever is lower.
• Delivery: Reports are delivered digitally (typically PDF) via email or download link after payment confirmation.

5) Cancellations & Refunds

Due to the nature of digital research, all sales are final once a report or sample has been delivered. If you purchased in error, contact us immediately; at our discretion we may offer a resolution prior to delivery.

6) Intellectual Property

All rights, title and interest in the reports remain with Statsnex or its licensors. No ownership rights are transferred. You receive only the license you purchased.

7) Confidentiality

Reports and any non-public information shared during pre-sale or post-sale support must be treated as confidential and used only for your internal evaluation and decision-making.

8) Disclaimers

Reports are provided “as is”. While we apply rigorous methods, we do not guarantee that the information is error-free, complete, or will meet your specific requirements. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied.

9) Limitation of Liability

Statsnex and its suppliers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, or business opportunities. Our aggregate liability will not exceed the fees paid for the report giving rise to the claim.

10) Compliance

You are responsible for complying with all applicable laws and regulations when using our content, including export control restrictions and sanctions.

11) Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe these Terms are breached or payment is outstanding. Upon termination, you must cease use and destroy copies of the report.

12) Changes

We may update these Terms to reflect legal or business changes. Revised terms will be posted with an updated date and apply to new orders prospectively.

13) Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of India. Courts in Pune, Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to applicable law.
