How fast do I receive a report after purchase?
Instantly. A download link and an email receipt are issued as soon as the payment clears. If anything fails, reply to the receipt or write to [email protected] and we’ll resend access right away.
What’s the difference between Single-User, Multi-User and Enterprise licenses?
Single-User is for one person on one device. Multi-User covers up to four named users within one company. Enterprise allows organization-wide access within a single legal entity. External sharing is not permitted unless stated in your invoice.
Can I request a sample before buying?
Yes. Click Request Sample on any report page, tell us your use case, and an analyst will email a sample section and the detailed table of contents.
Do you customize reports?
Absolutely. We can tailor segments, geographies, company lists, or time horizons. Use the Customization / Speak to Analyst button on the report page to outline your requirements.
Which payment methods are supported?
We support major credit/debit cards, PayPal, and bank transfers for eligible orders. All payments are processed securely over HTTPS.
Are prices inclusive of taxes?
No. Taxes, duties or GST/VAT (where applicable) are added at checkout or invoiced separately according to your jurisdiction.
What is your refund policy?
Because research is delivered digitally, sales are final once a report/sample is provided. If you purchased by mistake, contact us immediately—before delivery—and we’ll try to help.
Can I cite or excerpt the report?
You may quote brief excerpts with attribution to “Statsnex Market Insights”. Large-scale reproduction or redistribution is not permitted.
I can’t access the download link. What should I do?
Check your spam folder and corporate firewall. If still blocked, email [email protected] with your order ID and we’ll share an alternate link.
